Personal Belongings- Before Patterson Solutions arrive for scheduled appointment , please be sure to have all personal belongings removed. If customer fails to remove personal belongings, Patterson Solutions assumes no responsibility. Before and After pictures will be taken for liability purposes.
Cancellation Policy- If at any time you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 24 HOURS in advance.
Inclement Weather- Patterson Solutions will warn you if there is a chance of inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow) on the date for scheduled appointment, If you wish to proceed with the services please be aware that there is NO REFUND & NO RAIN CHECKS.
Residential & Commercial Pressure Washing- Before and After pictures will be taken before any services are rendered. Inspect your property to make sure there is no loose vinyl, house plants or anything else that can be damaged during the pressure washing process. Patterson Solutions holds no responsibility for previously damaged property or failure of compliance to these terms and conditions.
